I think, Their teamwork was good, and they gave presentation about a good topic which we should think about much from now on because, now more and more females are starting to work with men in Japanese society, so we need to think about females who had babies more than before, and make measures for them, who need vacation to take care of their babies. Thanks to their good presentation, I could rethink how important life work balance is, and we should move on more for the females.

As Takeshi said above, their teamwork was great and they prepared very well. I could clearly understand the Japan’s problem and what is different from other countries concerning the working balance. They made me notice that keeping plausible working balance would be one of the crucial aspect for people to live a happy life. In order to prevent Karoushi, we have to think over this issue more aggressively. Also, I was very pleased to listen to Akio and Itsumi’s fluent English.
